This page (together with the documents referred to on it) sets out the terms on which you may make use of our website www.enlightenme.org (the “Website”) (the “Terms and Conditions”) whether as a guest or a registered user. By using our Website, you indicate that you accept the Terms and Conditions (which include our Acceptable Use Policy and our Privacy Policy) and that you agree to abide by them.

About us
The Website is operated by the College of Emergency Medicine (the “College”, “we” or “us”). The College is a body incorporated by Royal Charter and is a registered charity, with registration number 1122689. The College’s main office is Churchill House, Red Lion Square, London WC1R 4SG.
The College is a charitable organisation and is regulated by the Charities Commission (http://www.charity-commission.gov.uk/). The College also has responsibilities for training and in this regard is regulated by PMETB (http://www.pmetb.org.uk/) and the GMC (http://www.gmc-uk.org/).
Accessing our Website
Access to the Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our Website without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason our Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of our Website, or our entire Website, to users who have registered with us.
When using our Website, you must comply with the provisions of our acceptable use policy.
You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our Website. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the Website through your internet connection are aware of the Terms and Conditions, and that they comply with them.

If the College has reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the Website, we may require you to change your password or we may suspend your account.
Suspension or Cancellation of Registration
We may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under the Terms and Conditions. You can cancel your registration at any time by informing us in writing at admin@enlightenme.org. If you do so, you must stop using the Website. The suspension or cancellation of your registration and your right to use the Website shall not affect either party’s statutory rights or liabilities.
Information About You and Your Visits to our Website
