Help

Website access and registration

You must be a Member or Fellow of The College of Emergency Medicine to access this website, unless you have been given permission to have access rights separately.

To register a user account go to Create new account and complete your details and interests. If your details confirm that you are a Member or Fellow of the College then you will receive an email with instructions and a link to access the site.

If your details don’t match with those held by the College you will receive an email with further instructions.

If you don’t receive any email notification please check if the email has erroneously gone into your email ‘spam’/'junk' box. If no email can be found please contact admin@enlightenme.org

 

 

Problems logging in

 

Forgotten password?

If you have forgotten your password, click on the 'Request New Password' link in the 'User Login' section of the home page, or use the link below.

You will then need to enter your user name or registered email address and click ‘E-mail new password’.

An email will be sent to your registered email address. If you do not receive any email notification, please check if the email has erroneously gone into your email ‘spam’/’junk’ folder. If no email can be found, please contact:admin@enlightenme.org.

When you have received your email, click on the link within the email and you will be taken to the edit password page where you can change your password. Alternatively you can login by entering your user name and the password provided in the email.

Please remember your password needs to be a ‘high’ strength password so you will need to be a minimum of 8 characters in length and include a mixture of capitals, non- capitals, numbers and signs.

Unable to reset password?

If you are unable to reset your password because your details are not recognised it is possible that there may have been a problem during your registration process, which means you may not actually be registered. Please contact: admin@enlightenme.org.

 

Unable to access site after registering?

If you are unable to access the site after registering it is possible that there may have been a problem during your registration process, which means you may not actually be registered. Please contact: admin@enlightenme.org.

 

Login details not recognised?

If you are unable to access the site because your details are not recognised, you will need to follow the ‘Forgotten Password’ process, as your reset password email will also display your registered user name. You will however need to enter your registered email address.

Request New Password

 

Unable to remember registered username AND email address?

If you do not remember your registered username AND your registered email address, please contact: admin@enlightenme.org.

 

Browser support

The College of Emergency Medicine website has been built and tested to work in the following browsers:

  • Internet Explorer 6, 7 an 8 (PC)
  • Firefox 3 and 3.5 (PC and Mac)
  • Safari 3 (PC and Mac)
  • Google Chrome (PC)

Other browsers may work but this is not guaranteed.
